Are there any regular customer benefits on Grass Cutting?

New customers who join for the 2025 growing season will have an automatic two year price fix.

 

 

 

Why does your company cut the grass fortnightly?

 

Fortnightly lawn mowing tends to be the right frequency for most lawns and most budgets. 

​

When is the grass cutting season in Kent?

 

Regular lawn mowing customers have a biweekly visit from March until the end of October.  Optional Winter cuts are available to existing customers if the weather is milder than expected.

​

​

 

Do you take on one-off jobs as well as regular clients?

 

I am able to restore overgrown lawns to a normal length as a one-off service.

Where are you based and where do you work?

 

I am based in Ashford, Kent.

How do I pay?

 

I can accept:

 

• BACS (Bank Transfer)   

• Card/Contactless or Cash directly

For new customers:  I will call you 24 hours before your appointment and take you through the payment arrangements and options.

​

 

 

Your business is advertised as eco-friendly.  How so?

 

The Lawn Whisperer business makes the following environmental pledges: 

 

• To use only cordless line trimmers and leaf blowers at residential properties, this cuts down on noise and harmful emissions but not on performance - the reduced noise also means that I can work later into the summer evenings and on a Sunday.

• To use dedicated lawn mower fuel exclusively; this reduces emissions and maintains my machinery more effectively.
